How can I get to Kyoto? (From Kansai Airport)
Please use either JR or the express limousine bus for your transportation.
-JR: There is a direct Kansai Airport Express "Haruka" from Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station. (2900JPY for an unreserved seat, one way)
-Travel Time: Approximately 1 hour and 15-20 minutes (no transfers required)
-Express Bus: There is a direct bus from Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit.
-Adult fare: 2,800JPY / Child fare: 1,400JPY
-Travel Time: Approximately 2 hours. (Prices as of September 2024)

How do I go about the check-in process?
You can complete the check-in process at the accommodation or at the reception.

5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, the Hachijo East Exit being the closest gate.

Due to administrative regulations, a representative must be present during the check-in process.
How should I pay the accommodation tax?
Payment must be made separately on-site. The accommodation tax is not included in the amount paid through the booking site. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Do you have a business license for the facility?
All facilities operate with a business license obtained in accordance with the Ryokan Business Act.
How many languages do you support?
We have staff available who can assist in both Japanese and English.
Can I smoke?
As a general rule, smoking is prohibited both within the facility and in the surrounding area.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who smoke and appreciate your understanding.
Can I use a credit card?
Payment for the accommodation tax is requested in cash. However, we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, DC, WeChat Pay, and ALIPAY.
Are there items available for borrowing?
We have futons, blankets, blankets, humidifiers, irons, adapter plugs, hangers, rice cookers, additional frying pans, and dishware available for borrowing. (Some items may incure a fee.) Please be aware that availability may vary, and we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
Do you have amenities and towels?
We provide bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, and cotton.
I’m planning to cook. Are there cooking utensils and seasonings available?
Most of our whole-property rental facilities are equipped with IH stoves, frying pans, pots, and dishware. For more details, please check the facility’s introduction page or contact the staff. Regarding seasonings, we do not provide them for hygiene reasons, so please prepare them yourself.
Is there a shuttle service to the facility?
We do not offer a shuttle service.
Is it possible to park bicycles or cars at the facility?
Generally, the facility does not have a parking lot. Please use nearby coin-operated parking. The same applies to bicycles and motorcycles.
Is it possible to store luggage before check-in and after check-out?
On the check-in and check-out dates only, we can store your luggage for free at the reception in front of Kyoto Station. For storage beyond the check-out date, there is a fee of 1,000 yen per item per day.
Is internet access available?
Wi-Fi is available within the facility. The ID and password will be explained to you by the staff at check-in.
Is it possible to send luggage in advance?
Luggage can be stored at the reception in front of Kyoto Station.
Please include the following information when sending your luggage:
-Name of the person who made the reservation
-Check-in date
-Facility name (if known)
We cannot store luggage for extended periods. Please ensure it arrives on the day of check-in or the -day
before. Also, we do not cover shipping costs, so please send it with prepaid postage.

What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible? What is the procedure for checking out?
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay,
an additional fee of 1,000 yen per 30 minutes will apply, with a maximum extension until 12:00 PM.
Please note that extensions may not always be possible depending on the situation.
If you would like to request an extension, please contact us by 3:00 PM the day before check-out.
There is no special check-out procedure; simply ensure you leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM.
I will be arriving later than planned. Is that okay?
There is no problem.
However, if your arrival time will be after 10:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Is there cleaning service during the stay?
Cleaning service is not provided during your stay.
If you would like cleaning, it can be arranged for an additional fee (please contact us in advance).
For stays of 5 nights or more, we offer complimentary towel exchanges and trash collection once per 5-night stay.
I am planning a long-term stay. Are there any discounts available?
When making a reservation online, we offer a discount for consecutive nights. Please select the consecutive night plan when booking for a long-term stay.
What should I do if I want to change my reservation details?
Generally, please make changes to your reservation through the website where you made the booking. If you are unable to make changes due to the plan or dates, please contact us by phone or email. Please note that changes may result in additional charges or reductions in the amount. Changes on the day of check-in cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding and request that you notify us in advance.
Is there anything required at check-in?
For foreign guests, it is necessary to present passports for all guests staying. Additionally, the accommodation tax payment is required at check-in.
Are there yukata and pajamas available?
We do not provide yukata, pajamas, or similar items.
